Lovely article. Doing the Artist's Way got me into writing morning pages every morning, in bed with a cup of tea. I scrape my tongue while the kettle boils to get rid of some toxins from my body. I usually meditate or do some gentle yoga, or both, then shower and have a hot oil massage,or abiyanga, this is such a lovely ritual and helps me to be intimate with my own body. Then it's breakfast time 😁

Loved reading about your morning routine. Mornings are my favourite time day - and a 5am start is perfect for me. My daily rituals are tea in bed, write in my blessings room and read. When I've done those things I feel the day is off to a good start xxx
